Welcome to the Decision Board 4.0 developed by Professor Alex Mintz! The Decision Board can be used for:
- Research - to test theories of decision making (expected utility theory, cybernetic theory, poliheuristic theory, and prospect theory), for process tracing of political and economic trends and events, for studying the effects of framing on decision making, for modeling voting games and electoral campaigns, and so on.
- Teaching - for undergraduate and graduate level courses in political science, economics, psychology, sociology, engineering, and management.
- Training - in emergency response decision making, bargaining, negotiation, mediation, and a variety of crisis situations.
- Risk Assessment - for assessing, explaining, analyzing, and predicting political, economic and security-related scenarios and decisions.
